Hi Melissa! It is a well known fact that the packaging for UDPP sucks big time. The bottle is genie shaped while the wand goes straight up and down, so all of the product that is in the bulb in the middle and down at the bottom does not get touched by the wand. However, don't throw the baby out with the bathwater...as the saying goes. UDPP is absolutely worth getting around that horrible packaging. I will be posting a tutorial (as soon as I get some time) showing how I "depot" UDPP and cut it open to get the product out and put it in jars. It's not that hard to cut open (I can do it myself), and totally worth it to get about twice as much product out of your $16 or $17. I still fully recommend getting it, and start using it. Then when I post the tutorial, you can cut open that bottle with the rest of us! :-)

You sold me on this product so I went to Sephora.com to find out price and stuff. There's quite a few reviews that claim there's poor packaging and it's difficult to open. Do you have the same problem?
