Tutorial: Depotting UDPP

If you have UDPP (Urban Decay Primer Potion) in original or Sin, and you haven’t “depotted” it, then you must follow these steps! You’re missing out on at least, AT LEAST half of the product inside if you chuck it after nothing else comes off the wand. The whole process takes about 10 minutes. Good luck!

See step-by-step pictures and directions!  how-to-depot-udpp-tutorial-pics-2Start out with your UDPP, a steak knife, a pot to put the product in (I use the clear MAC ones) and possibly a spatula to scrape out the excess with (the wand from the UDPP could be used instead), and a cutting board.

Voila! Let me know if you have any questions! :-)

I did this with my regular UDPP and it somewhat dried up. Didn’t work as well depotted. Have you experienced this after depotting?

The last time I depotted, it was after I had used up everything I could from in the bottle. The rest that I scraped out was kinda thick anyway, but I really like it that way. I just recently depotted a brand new one and it’s much thinner and more watery, which I actually don’t like. I’m hoping it dries out a little, but so far (a few weeks) it hasn’t changed. What do you store yours in?

Thank you! I’m going to buy one of each of the UDPP’s. I’m glad you posted this!

Awesome! I love them both, and use them everyday! Sin is even great for those days when I don’t want to get ready all the way – I just put a quick swipe of Sin and I’m good to go!
