Look: All About Yaby!

I told you about when I first discovered Yaby products right? I was at a salon by LAX, and one of my friends who is also into makeup, told me I HAVE to try these pearl paints by Yaby. Of course I had never heard of the up and coming brand from Toronto, but I trusted her. Normally, I don’t give a second look to brands I haven’t heard of (horrible of me or not)…there are enough brands that I have heard of and haven’t tried. She showed me how wonderful they were, how cool the palette is, and how inexpensive they are.

Anyway, I love this brand. I have nearly every Pearl Paint color and some of the regular shadows too. So this is a look I did with some of those colors.

  • Cheeks: Fun & Games BPB

Aw thanks, Elvira! Yes, I highly recommend them, and I’m very picky with my shadows. The Pearl Paints are really what stand out to me – they make terrific bases or can be worn alone and look amazing as well. :-) Let me know how you enjoy them!!

WOW! I want to pick up some pearl paints too. Where is the salon in LA where you bought these items from?

I so need to go there and pick some up.

    Thanks,

Sure – I bought them from Sweet Hot Salon (near LAX right off the 105 freeway). You can also order them (very cheap) online at http://www.camerareadycosmetics.com. Let me know what colors you get!!! :-)

I totally clicked on this post because I get SO excited when I see Yaby on blog posts. I have the pearl paints palette and am saving up for the Best of Both Worlds and the Blush Out Loud palettes… the quality is amazing and per piece the shadows are cheap!
