Look: A Touch of Color in the Crease
Posted by Heather | Filed under Brown, Looks, MAC, Neutral, Teal
To transition out of neutrals week, I thought I’d show how to add some color. Lots of people say they “can’t” wear color which is completely untrue! Or they’re not sure how to add color to their typical neutral looks. So here’s just one idea - put a touch of color in the crease to liven up your look! I chose a teal/greenish color to match the lettering on my shirt :-) Try it! I think you’ll get lots of compliments!
For this look I used:
- Eyes: UDPPS (primer), no base today!, All That Glitters (inner lid), Saddle (middle lid), Romp (outer lid), Naked Lunch (highlight), Cool Heat (crease), Mystery Kohl Power (liner), Chanel Exceptionnel mascara
- Cheeks: NARS Super Orgasm Blush
- Lips: Fresh Brew lipstick + Sweet Strawberry lipglass

March 9th, 2009 at 5:41 AMdo you find MAC kohls to stay well in the waterline?

March 9th, 2009 at 8:49 AMIMO, the Technakohls stay really well in the waterline (Graphblack & Auto-de-blu are best because they’re dark). The Kohl Power pencils do stay really really well in the waterline from my experience (Feline, Mystery, Jealous, etc.). I love those…I think I have 4 backups of both Feline and Mystery! If Jealous or Black Karat ever come out again, I’ll be getting 4 more of each of those!! The regular Kohl pencils though, eh…not so much.
