Look: PRO Palette
Posted by Heather | Filed under Blue, Brands, Green, Looks, MAC, Purple, Smokey
This look was done using *almost* only colors from my PRO palette - only eyeshadow colors that are available at the MAC PRO stores. The PRO palette doesn’t have any good highlighter though, so I went with Rite of Spring. I wanted to do something really colorful and artistic. I think it came out ok, definitely bright, but ok looking. There were a lot of colors used, so I would put this high on the difficulty level, and it’s very unique, though it somewhat reminds me of the old 2007 Barbie does MAC look with the green and pink, right? Haha, well bright colors make me happy! :-)
For this look I used:
- Eyes: UDPPS (primer), Fresco Rose PP (base), Aqua (inner lid), Kelly (middle lower lid), Atlantic Blue (middle upper lid), Blue Calm (middle crease), Naval (outer lid & crease), a touch of Bright Sunshine (upper lid), Vibrant Grape (upper lid), Rite of Spring (highlight), Feline Kohl Power (upper lashline & waterline), UD 24/7 Honey (lower lashline), Chanel Exceptionnel mascara
- Cheeks: Bobbi Brown Pink Coral Shimmer Blush + Dior Pink Diamond Shimmer
- Lips: Shu Uemura BG 951 l/s + Chanel Glossimer #121

Your work is awesum.
Have you used Benefit’s blue mascara? I would love to see it on someone before I buy it.
Also, I adore nude lips….is there any color/brand in particular that you would suggest?
KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!Heather Reply:
April 13th, 2009 at 12:42 PMHi Monica! No, I haven’t tried Benefit’s Blue mascara, but I’ve used Mabelline’s before and it’s ok. What kind of nude are you looking for? MAC has many good nude colors: Myth, Creme de Nude, Gel, it all depends on how “nude” you want to go and how pigmented your lips already are. Right now YSL’s Rouge Allure #3 is my go-to perfect nude color. I also love Guerlain’s nude lippies…and you can’t go wrong with Bobbi Brown when it comes to nudes either. Your best bet is to to try some out at your local department store :-)
