Look: Showers of Purple

I did this look using shadows from the MAC collection that had Purple Shower in it. Also, I have to add that I love the SMH shadows (Stars Makeup Haven) that I first found on KarlaSugar’s blog. She and I actually did a swap - she gave me her left over shadows from swatching and I gave her a Dior Jazz palette :-) AWESOME trade for me! I put some green into this because I love the way green and purple look mixed together! Happy New Years Eve!
For this look I used:
- Eyes: UDPP (primer), Yaby PP in purples & green (base), Purple Shower (inner lid), Violet Trance (middle lid), Laura Geller Mint (outer lid & crease), SMH Guilty as Sin (highlight), Bobbi Brown Ivy Shimmer Ink, Plushlash mascara
- Cheeks: Gentle mineralized blush
- Lips: Front Lit l/s + On Display l/g

Look: Bright…Like Sunshine!

This was a look I did using NARS Mekong and Galapogos…and it disturbs me that I cannot find my Mekong after the move :-( I’ll keep looking for it though. With all of the overcast spitting of rain we’ve been having, it’s nice to do a post that reminds me of the SoCal sunshine!
For this look I used:
- Eyes: UDPP (primer), Cash Flow PP (base), Yaby Yellow Matte e/s (inner lid), NARS Galapagos (middle & outer lid), NARS Mekong (crease), NARS Night Star (highlight), Bobbi Brown Chocolate Shimmer Ink (liner), Orpheus Kohl Power (waterline), Plushlash mascara
- Cheeks: Enough Said BPB
- Lips: Bobbi Brown Beige Gold + Chanel #118 Glossimer
